Melissa Muhammad, a member of ACE Health Foundation's ACE Global Leaders of Excellence Network, is an International Tax Attorney and the Founder of the Black & Global Business Network. She specializes in helping international businesses operate worldwide and has a passion for supporting the development of Black-owned businesses on a global scale. The Black & Global Business Network is a global exporting organization that helps Black-owned businesses access government export resources to sell their products and services around the world. She has over 20 years of experience in the field, working in organizations such as the Internal Revenue Service Large Business & International Division, Washington, DC, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Paris, France, the National Tax Agency of Japan, Tokyo, Japan, and the IRS Chief Counsel (International Division). She has traveled to numerous countries negotiating billion-dollar transactions and training tax officials in over 153 countries.
