Isabele Alvarez is a businesswoman, lawyer and psychologist who has dedicated her entire life to improving the lives of the most vulnerable. Both her professional career, studies and personal life, have been oriented from the beginning to improve the lives of other people, especially those most disadvantaged or in conditions of inequality. In 1994 I created a company, PROFESSIONAL WORK, dedicated to provided work for people especially disadvantaged in the metal industry. I was part of the Board of Directors in NOVATEX, a company created to employ women at risk of exclusion, and other people with some form of disability. I ́m Ambassador for IMPULSE4WOMEN. I4W is an NPO startup investing platform for female-led tech startups & social impact.
